The International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) is set to reignite excitement among drag racing fans with the return of the Outlaw Nitro Series in 2025. This highly anticipated series features a five-race national tour beginning July 9 to 12 at National Trail Raceway in Hebron, Ohio.

Known for its adrenaline-pumping atmosphere, the series will include multiple racing classes such as Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock, and Pro Mod, all vying for glory on the track. Following the action-packed season opener, the tour will continue to Milan Dragway in Michigan from July 23 to 26.

After that, racers will return to National Trail Raceway for a second event scheduled from September 3 to 6. The excitement will then shift to Dragway 42 located in West Salem, Ohio, from September 24 to 27, wrapping up the series at GALOT Motorsports Park in Dunn, North Carolina, from November 5 to 8.

This national tour promises thrilling competition and a celebration of speed. The race weekends will offer substantial payouts for professional racers, with events organized for both Friday and Saturday.

Additionally, fans can look forward to IHRA Pro-Am competitions taking place on the preceding Wednesday and Thursday. Competitive classes will showcase a range of vehicles, including Top Dragster, Top Sportsman, Stock, Super Stock, Quick Rod, Super Rod, and Hot Rod.
