Ai Ogura Forced to Quit MotoGP British GP After Injury

Ai Ogura will not compete in the MotoGP British Grand Prix at Silverstone after a crash in Friday’s first practice session left him with a suspected fracture to his right tibia.

The Japanese rookie was involved in an incident at Turn 2 during FP1 and was immediately evaluated by medical staff.

After further checks, doctors ruled him unfit to continue with any of the weekend’s sessions, ending his British GP before Saturday morning.
