F1 fans have made their decision on the most impressive rookie so far this season, with Isack Hadjar securing a clear victory in a recent RacingNews365 poll. Hadjar, racing for the Racing Bulls team, gathered an outstanding 63.84% of the total votes, far outpacing his fellow debut drivers.

The poll results show that fans have been watching Hadjar’s performances closely, and his impact is clear after just eight races in his first Formula 1 campaign.

Hadjar’s season has included some notable moments and achievements. Despite missing out on the Australian Grand Prix after an incident on the formation lap led to a Did Not Start (DNS), he quickly rebounded.

His best finish to date came in Monaco, where he crossed the line in sixth place, demonstrating his skill on a difficult street circuit. After the Spanish Grand Prix, Hadjar sits ninth in the world championship standings with 21 points.

This places him ahead of many rookies, even though Mercedes driver Kimi Antonelli has scored more points, with 48 to his name.

Kimi Antonelli, who placed second in the poll with 26.13%, has had a season featuring a Sprint race pole in Miami and a fastest lap award, showing his own pace and potential. Other rookies also picked up votes in smaller numbers—Gabriel Bortoleto drew 4.52%, while Franco Colapinto and Ollie Bearman earned just over 2% combined.

Jack Doohan did not receive a vote, and Liam Lawson claimed 3.01%. In total, Hadjar’s majority win in the poll highlights just how much his debut has caught the attention of fans.

Rumors are already swirling about Hadjar’s future. Some believe he could be promoted to Red Bull Racing for the 2026 season as a potential teammate to Max Verstappen.

However, former world champion Nico Rosberg has suggested caution, warning that stepping up too soon might bring unnecessary pressure. Both Liam Lawson and Yuki Tsunoda, who have also driven for Red Bull teams, had tough seasons, showing that a move to one of the top teams comes with challenges.

As the 2025 season moves forward, Hadjar continues to battle in the midfield. With Racing Bulls currently sitting on 28 points in the constructors’ standings, Hadjar’s performances are making a real difference for his team.

His steady results and bold overtakes are helping keep the Racing Bulls competitive against rivals like Williams and Alpine.

Fans can expect more updates as the F1 calendar continues. The next round will see drivers head to the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Canada on June 15.

As the season develops, all eyes will remain on Hadjar to see if he can maintain his momentum and further cement his place as the standout rookie in Formula 1 this year.
