He previously raced in the Garage 56 NASCAR program at Le Mans in 2023 and has also started events in both the NASCAR Cup Series and Xfinity Series. Taylor filled in for Chase Elliott during the Cup race at COTA two years ago, qualifying fourth and finishing 24th after a late-race incident.
He competed in two Xfinity races that year, finishing 27th at Portland and 16th at the Charlotte Roval, adding to his road-course resume. A strong lineup is set for the Lime Rock round, including Cam Waters—a Supercars star from Australia—who will drive the No. 66 ThorSport Racing Ford.

Taylor’s road racing achievements include back-to-back GTLM titles in 2020 and 2021 and the 2017 IMSA prototype championship. He has three Rolex 24 at Daytona wins to his name—two in overall classification—and a class win in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Victories at other endurance classics like the Sebring 12 Hours, Sahlen’s Six Hours at Watkins Glen, and Petit Le Mans highlight his skill and experience on challenging circuits. The event at Lime Rock is attracting attention thanks to its unique mix of regulars and road-course specialists.
