Kyle Larson continued to hold his ground near the top after securing a seventh-place finish at Pocono, marking his 12th top-10 result of the year. Larson has not taken a win at Atlanta yet, but he’s shown speed by leading laps in three of the last four visits to the Georgia track.

Tyler Reddick had a rough day, dropping to 32nd at Pocono and falling to seventh overall, but he remains a talented racer who excelled at Talladega in 2023.
Chase Briscoe took his first win with Joe Gibbs Racing at Pocono, leading 72 laps. He’s still looking for a victory on a drafting track, but his momentum is building.
Chris Buescher, who finished fourth at Pocono, has been climbing the ranks and could be a deep playoff contender despite mixed results at Atlanta. Ross Chastain, who ended up 26th at Pocono, has been strong in Atlanta in the past, finishing as runner-up twice in 2022.
Martin Truex Jr. slipped to 16th at Pocono but has plenty of past experience at Atlanta to fall back on for the next event.
