These GTCS apply to all Contracts of Sale between FervoGear LLC and our valued customers. FervoGear LLC must expressly accept any modifications to these GTCS in writing to be considered valid.
Executing the Contracts of Sale
Contracts of Sale between FervoGear LLC and our customers are deemed concluded upon successful payment completion. We commit to promptly sending an Order Confirmation via email within 2 (two) working days from the time of your purchase.
Product Stock Status
For each product displayed on our online store, we provide clear indications regarding its availability:
- Available in Warehouses: Indicates that the product is currently in stock and ready for shipment.
- Not Available: Denotes that the product is temporarily out of stock.
- Customizable: Refers to products that can be modified, adapted, or customized according to your specific preferences. When placing an order for a customizable product, please provide your requests in the designated box during the order submission process, utilizing the available configurators.
Upon sending the Order Confirmation, if you have purchased a customizable product, we will notify you via email regarding the expected date of shipment.
While we make every effort to adhere to this estimated date, please note that it serves as an approximate indication and does not constitute a binding commitment on our part.
Price Calculation, Shipping Charges, Taxation, and Import Duties
The prices displayed on our online store are listed in US Dollars (USD). The applicable price is the one shown at the time of payment completion. Unless otherwise stated, the displayed price does not include sales tax or any other applicable taxes or duties.
Please note that the initial price of a product in the online catalog does not include shipping costs. The final price payable upon purchase is calculated by considering the total shipping costs, which may vary depending on factors such as the delivery method, product quantity, volume, weight, and destination.

- Register in the Online Shop: By providing the necessary information and creating a personal profile with a secure password, customers can enjoy the convenience of accessing their profile, modifying personal data, managing shipping addresses, viewing previous orders, and accessing other specific functions related to their activity on the online store.
- Guest Option: Customers also have the choice to proceed as a guest, entering the required information in the dedicated fields during the purchase process.
To buy a product, simply browse our online store and select the desired items. Add them to your shopping cart, and if you wish to purchase multiple products, repeat the process by clicking “Add other products.” Once you have chosen all the desired products, click “Proceed to checkout.”

We guarantee product shipment within the United States through reliable and trusted express couriers. Once the products have been handed over to the courier, the responsibility for delivery lies with them.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from FervoGear LLC. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be eligible to return the product and receive a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
