At FervoGear, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect once you’ve made a purchase:

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation of purchase. Once your order has shipped, we will notify you via email, providing all the necessary details to track your package.
  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification complete with a tracking number provided by UPS. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey, giving you peace of mind and ensuring you know exactly when to expect your purchase. Tracking information typically becomes available within 48 hours after shipping, keeping you informed every step of the way.

For those near our Lexington, NC facility, we offer a free local pickup option. By selecting local pickup at checkout, you can save on shipping fees and collect your order at your convenience. We’ll notify you via email when your order is ready, usually within 3-4 business days, along with pickup instructions. 

Our official pickup hours are designed to accommodate your schedule, available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m EST, Monday through Saturday.
