In 2014, Blaney raced in his third season with Team Penske. Running a part-time schedule in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS), he captured his second series victory at Bristol Motor Speedway and won his first career pole at Iowa Speedway. 

In 14 Xfinity Series race starts, Blaney posted 10 top-five finishes, 13 top-ten results, one pole, and one win, with an average starting position of 5.6 and an average finishing position of 5.8. His strong results helped the No. 22 team win its second-straight series Owners’ Championship. 

Blaney also ran a full season schedule in the Camping World Truck Series (CWTS) for teammate Brad Keselowski, setting career-high numbers with one win, 12 top-five finishes, 17 top-10 results, and 181 laps led. He finished second in driver series points and won the Camping World Truck Series Most Popular Driver award. 

Blaney made his Sprint Cup Series debut for Team Penske at Kansas Speedway, starting 21st and finishing 27th. He made his second Cup career start at Talladega Super Speedway, starting fourth, finishing 22nd, and leading 15 laps, his first in the Cup Series.
