We Build Custom Race Suit
Before we start, let's discuss what the purpose of a racing suit is. A racer wears this type of clothing during a race. It serves many purposes, but its primary goal is to protect the driver from fire in case of a crash or collision. The suit needs to be durable and withstand high speeds while still protecting the driver.
If a racing suit is not designed accurately according to the racer's need, it can become a source of distraction and hinder the driver. FervoGear builds a custom racing suit that helps the racer concentrate and keep him safe.
For your custom suit, there will be multiple things that that we offer:
- Unlimited embroidery
- The size will be customizable.
- A 360 arm gusset.
- Back, Crotch and Knee Stretch panels
- Premium Knit Nomex Inner lining
- Choice of stitch color
- Leg design choice
- Standard meta para
- No design fee
These are all the features of the racing suit we will build, but you can also include some additional attributes with an extra fee.

Let's begin with how to design your very own custom-made racing suit. First, You will need to go to our website FervoGear. From there, you will click on the "Order a Custom Racing Suit" button. A page will then redirect you to where you can provide all of your requirements.
1. Suit Type
Here you will provide what type of suit you want. As shown in the image below, there will be two options for each category. In the first category, you will select how many layers you require in your suit. If you choose the two layers option, the price will be $599, but if you select the three layers option, the price will be $699.
After selecting the layers, you will choose the suit type. Either you will require a One-piece suit or a Two-piece suit.
After selecting the Suit type, click on the "Next" button to continue with the process.
2. Suit Design
You will select a design based on which we will build a customized racing suit. As you can see in the image below, there will be seven options available from which you can choose.
They start from Fervo Pro 1 to Fervo Pro 7, where each one is unique. After selecting a design, click on the "Next" button.
3. Choose your Color
On this page, you will select the color for your suit, and there will be three options.
- Primary Color.
- Secondary Color.
- Additional Colors.
First, you will select a primary color from which will be the base color of your suit, after which you will choose a secondary color. In the end, there will also be an additional color section where you will select an extra color for your racing suit.
There will also be two comment sections at the end of the page. On the first, you will tell them any particular specifications regarding the colors, and on the second, you will provide us with the name you want on your belt.
After selecting everything, click the "Next" button to go to the stitching section for your custom racing suit.
4. Stitching Style
Here we will provide you with five stitching options from which you will select. The options are:
- No Stitching
- Diamond Stitching
- Diagonal Stitching
- Custom Stitching
- Box Stitching
From here, you can select any stitching for your customized racing suit. After choosing the stitching type, you will click on the "Next" button to continue.
5. Legging/Collar Style
From here, you will have the type of collar and lagging that you will want, after which we will build a custom racing suit for you. For collar style, there are three options available:
- Large with Velcro
- Wended V with Velcro
- Tapered V
And for the legging, there are two options available:
- Boot Cut
- Euro Cut with Elastic
- Boot Cut w/ Hooves
- Euro Cut
Select both the legging and the collar option and click on the "Next" button. It will redirect the page to "Addons."
In this step, you'll provide us with all the required measurements. Follow the instruction on each measurement one at a time and enter them in their respected fields.
You'll have to provide measurements from "Neck circumference" to "Calf" size.
Note: It is advised that you don't take the measurements by yourself because their accuracy is vital for making the perfect custom suit.
After providing all the measurements (as accurately as possible), click on the "Next" button and proceed to the next step.
This section is mostly optional. With your custom race suit, you can choose between "Matching Glows" and "Matching Shoes." There is also an additional section for some extra features, but they will include extra charges as mentioned above. These options are:
- Arm Restraints/D Rings (20/- USD)
- RACEceiver Pocket ( 10/- USD )
- Passport Pocket ( 10/- USD )
Again, after selecting your desired options, click on the "Next" button, and you will be redirected to the final page, "Contact details."
8. Contact Details
Here, you will give us your:
- Contact Number
- Shipping Address
After filling out these fields, there is another one which is labeled as "Special instructions (if any)" which is used for any extra details you want in your suit.
After filling in all the requested details, you will press the "Send" button.
