We kindly inform you that custom or clearance products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To return or exchange an item, please call us at (409) 404-0962 to obtain a Return Authorization, as returns without one will be declined. When you call, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
You will receive a full refund if an item is returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to any returns. After 90 days, returns will not be accepted, and Return Authorizations will not be issued.
Exchanges are only permitted for “like-items”, such as the same product in a different size or color.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns. We do not accept postage-due returns, and no credits will be issued for shipping charges. Refused shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be credited less shipping fees.
