We at FervoGear are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that occasionally, a refund or alteration may be necessary. REFUND POLICY
- A refund can be requested within 4 weeks of the delivery date.
- Eligible clients will receive a full or partial refund after an assessment by our audit team.
- Full refunds are not eligible after 4 weeks from the delivery date.
ALTERATION POLICY
- An alteration request can be placed within 6 months of the delivery date.
- Our audit team will assess your eligibility for a free alteration.
- If you are not eligible for a free alteration, or the request is placed past the allowed time, an alteration charge will apply depending upon the nature of the issue.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Orders cannot be returned or exchanged once production starts, since every order is personally customized in size, design, and color.
