We at FervoGear are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that occasionally, a return or exchange may be necessary. Our returns policy is designed to support you through this process with clarity and convenience. Please review the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient experience should you need to send any item back to us.
SALE & CUSTOM ITEMS
To our FervoGear family, we must inform you that items purchased during a sale or clearance event, as well as those custom-made, are not eligible for a return or exchange. Should you wish to initiate a return or exchange for other items, please initiate the process by contacting us at (409) 404-0962.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
An essential step in the return process is obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Without this number, we unfortunately cannot process your return. Give us a ring, and we’ll provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
CONDITION OF RETURNS
We ask that all returned items be in their untouched state, housed in their original packaging, ensuring they are fit for resale to another customer.
REFUND POLICY
- Returns within 30 days of receipt will be honored with a full refund.
- Items sent back to us after 30 days but before 90 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Beyond 90 days, returns are not accepted and RA numbers will not be issued.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges strictly for the same item in an alternate size or color, to better suit your needs.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs fall to you, our customer. We do not accept returns sent with postage due and cannot refund the original shipping charges. Should you choose to refuse a shipment, please be aware that a 15% restocking fee will apply, and your refund will be reduced by any shipping costs incurred.
