As a key member of our engineering division, you will be at the forefront of developing the future wave of racing suits. Your role will involve harnessing your creative engineering skills to create products that seamlessly blend aesthetics, functionality, and groundbreaking materials and technology.

Your role is not just about creating new products; it’s about revolutionizing the racing suit industry. You will work closely with our design team to translate creative concepts into tangible, marketable products. Your technical expertise will play a crucial role in conducting extensive product testing to ensure we deliver nothing but top-tier quality and performance to our customers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the design team to transform concepts into feasible products.
  • Conducting comprehensive product testing to ensure quality and performance.
  • Coordinating with manufacturing units for product prototype creation and production.

Our perfect candidate should have an intimate understanding of product development, particularly within the sporting or automotive industry, where product performance and safety are critical.

A successful candidate is about having the right skills and qualifications and a proven track record of bringing successful products to market. We are looking for someone who has previously navigated the complexities and challenges of product development and has a portfolio of successful products that have left a mark in the market.

#EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Product Design or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in product development, ideally in sportswear or automotive industries.
  • Proven experience in CAD, product lifecycle management (PLM) software, and 3D printing technologies.

As a Product Development Engineer at FervoGear, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every project brings unique challenges. You must have exceptional project management skills to thrive in this role. You should be able to juggle multiple projects, keeping an eye on the fine details while never losing sight of the bigger picture.

Meticulous attention to detail is a must-have trait. From the initial sketching of designs to the final stages of product testing, you must ensure that every step of the product development process is carried out precisely and accurately.

Key requirements include:

  • Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
