Fans of stock car racing will have a new way to watch some of the biggest NASCAR Cup Series events in 2025. Amazon Prime Video becomes one of the official partners for live NASCAR coverage, as the league enters a fresh era with its updated seven-year media rights agreement.
Starting next season, a total of five premier Cup Series races can be streamed live on Prime Video. This gives subscribers a unique way to catch all the action during the summer stretch.
The first Cup Series event on Prime Video will be the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Scheduled for Memorial Day Weekend, the race will take place on May 25, with the green flag dropping at 6:00 p.m. ET.
After Charlotte, Prime Video will host a busy month, including coverage from Nashville Superspeedway on June 1 at 7:00 p.m. ET and Michigan International Speedway on June 8 with an afternoon start at 2:00 p.m. ET. These exclusive streaming events continue as the series visits Autรณdromo Hermanos Rodrรญguez in Mexico City on June 15 and Pocono Raceway in Pennsylvania on June 22.
Each race can be streamed live with a Prime Video membership.
Beyond the main events, Prime Video will also offer fans the ability to watch Cup Series practice sessions and qualifying runs throughout the first half of the 2025 season, right up to the Pocono race in late June. More details on the NASCAR All-Star qualifying help set the stage for great on-track competition.
There are exceptions: the Daytona 500, the NASCAR All-Star Race, and the Cook Out Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium will remain on FOX Sports. That balance gives viewers options across both traditional TV and streaming.
For those who havenโt tried Prime Video before, thereโs an extra incentive. New subscribers can sign up for a 30-day free trial just ahead of the Coca-Cola 600.
This free trial period provides full access to all five Cup Series races on Prime Video, as well as extra NASCAR coverage. Watching these events only requires a Prime membership and logging in at race time.
The scheduled NASCAR broadcasts are easily found under the sports section during event weekends.
The new streaming schedule is part of a broader change in how fans can follow NASCARโs marquee series. FOX Sports, NBC Sports, Prime Video, and TNT Sports are splitting up the Cup Series broadcast calendar, creating a mix of over-the-air, cable, and digital viewing options.
This arrangement allows more fans to watch races in the way that works best for them, whether on TV screens or through connected devices at home. The recent McDowell pit crew win highlights the crucial teamwork that fans can now experience live on multiple platforms.
