Earlier, Beckman defeats Chad Green and J.R. Todd to reach the final. He runs a John Force 1996 tribute livery and targets a third U.S. Nationals Funny Car title Monday.

“Our first shootout win was special,” Beckman says. “When I got four and then stopped driving in 2020, I thought that was plenty. Now, consistency remains the priority every pass.”

Ron Capps heads Funny Car qualifying with 3.914 seconds at 332.18 mph in the Carlyle Tools/NAPA Auto Care Toyota GR Supra, moving atop the standings amid an increasingly tight regular-season fight, as outlined in the Cornwell NHRA leaders.

Austin Prock posts 3.921 at 317.87 for second, with Beckman third on 3.937 at 326.79. Monday’s finale decides the regular-season champion and a $150,000 bonus payout.

Capps carries a three-point edge over Hagan. Jordan Vandergriff sits 12 back, with J.R. Todd 30 adrift. Margins ensure strategic qualifying choices matter through lane selection and pairing.

Capps leads Hagan by just three points entering Monday eliminations.

Shawn Langdon secures his sixth No. 1 of 2026 in Top Fuel, a 3.727 at 334.98 mph in Kalitta Motorsports’ SealMaster dragster, as he chases teammate Doug Kalitta’s 68-point lead.
