Six-time Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series champion Justin Lamb targets the JEGS Allstars title in Dallas.
He races the RAD Torque Systems Chevrolet COPO Camaro at the 41st NHRA Texas FallNationals, detailed in our Texas FallNationals preview.
Despite multiple championships, the Allstars remains absent from Lamb’s résumé. He first qualified in 2012 for Division 7 Comp Eliminator and finished runner-up.

Since then, he has six Allstars berths: 2014 and 2020 in Stock, 2018 in Super Stock, and a 2019 double entry covering both classes. The event unites seven divisional standouts.
Preparation intensifies at the Southcentral Division closer at Texas Motorplex. Lamb runs Stock and Super Stock, skips Division 7 points, and targets 75th Anniversary Diamond Wallys alongside Allstars setup work.
He reaches the Stock quarterfinals and the Super Stock final. The latter narrowly falls to Brad Burton, who completes a rare double by winning both categories.
Freed from points pressure, Lamb trials a different torque converter. Early reaction issues surface, yet qualifying pace impresses. He remains optimistic, while acknowledging the class depth will punish missteps.

Opening eliminations pair No. 3 qualifier Lamb with Division 1’s Byron Worner. Prerace ceremony and driver introductions start at 12:30 p.m. local, with additional prerace details confirmed.
Racing continues Saturday, with champions crowned that day. Fans can watch live on NHRA.tv, and follow round-by-round updates at DragRaceCentral.com.
Beyond Sportsman action, Texas Motorplex spotlights rising talents such as Austin Prock in the Texas Shootout, underscoring a competitive weekend across multiple categories.
As a father and committed racer, Lamb sees a timely chance to complete his résumé. The Allstars offers a clear, strategic test of execution with his refined Super Stock package.
