Car Blanche has confirmed a full-season IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship entry for 2027, stepping into GTD Pro with the Aston Martin Vantage GT3 EVO.

The commitment follows a 2026 part-time program designed to de-risk a transition to the pro-only class and build operational depth.

Factory drivers Valentin Hasse Clot and Marco Sorensen will share the No. 68, strengthening ties with Aston Martin and aligning personnel around a proven GT3 platform.

Sorensen’s pedigree is significant, encompassing victories at the Rolex 24 and Le Mans, plus experience within Aston Martin’s Valkyrie GTP/Hypercar development and race programs.

Hasse Clot’s 2026 campaign gathered momentum despite a schedule clash with the European Le Mans Series that forced him to miss one IMSA round.

Car Blanche’s ramp-up began mid-2026, splitting efforts across classes to gather data, refine pit execution, and validate setups against GTD and GTD Pro competition.
